CAP is licensed by the Oregon Child Care Division (CCD). This yearly process includes fire and sanitation inspections, and onsite visits by CCD to ensure state guidelines are being met throughout the program. Staff qualifications and training requirements are monitored through this same yearly certification process.

Site Locations/Times
In partnership with the Greater Albany Public School District, CAP can enroll up to 600, five to eleven year olds at multiple public school site locations. Please see Locations for a list of current operating sites. We offer childcare before school starting at 6:45am and after school until 6:00pm. We also offer a morning and afternoon KinderCap program. CAP offers full daycare on school vacation days, in-service days, winter, spring and summer breaks. We also now serve the Central Linn School District in Halsey at Central Linn Elementary School. At Central Linn CAP we offer afternoon childcare Monday through Thursday and all day on Friday. All vacation/in-service days are handled additionally and notice/sign-up sheets are sent with our regular billing statements the month before they occur.
Staff & Program Activities
Certified and competent individuals who care about children and are committed to providing quality care staff our sites and plan for age appropriate activities that are enjoyable and stimulating for your child. Our sites offer homework assistance, reading centers, computer learning opportunities, games, crafts, outdoor play and more.
We are continually seeking ways to improve our program and always welcome new ideas. We have found parents to be a great resource in providing information and skills around talents or hobbies. If you have a special skill or hobby that you would enjoy sharing with the children, let us know!
